Delivery took a bit too long, honestly. it wasn’t terrible, but I was kinda expecting it to show up sooner

I ordered a pair of shoes online and the website was easy to use. Checkout went through without any issues, but the updates were just kind of slow and the delivery took longer than I thought it would. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just average.

It took a little longer than I would’ve liked to get a response, but to be fair, they did get back to me and sorted everything out in the end.

I’ve been wearing these for a bit now, and they seem solid. The leather has a nice look to it, and after a few wears they got more comfortable. They did feel a little snug at first, so I was glad I didn’t plan on wearing them for a long day right away.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they did eventually show up, so that part was fine. But the shipping took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking barely updated for a while. Not sure if it was the carrier or something else, but it was just a little annoying waiting without really knowing what was going on.

The box showed up smashed and the packaging really wasn’t great. I get that shipping can be rough sometimes, but it’s only fair to expect the item to be packed well enough to arrive in decent shape

A few days later, I found out they didn’t actually have them and I’d either have to wait or get a refund. i found that frustrating because in my mind, once I’ve placed the order, I expect the item to actually be available. They really need to keep their stock info more accurate.

I ordered a pair of boots from Mountfords and, they were exactly like the site said they’d be. The colour, fit notes, and heel height all matched what showed up, which was a relief because some places make you feel like you’re supposed to just guess and hope for the best.

The sizing info was actually useful too. I stuck with my usual size and they fit well, so no drama there. Nothing over the top to report, just nice to get a product that was actually what it claimed to be.

I’ve ordered from Mountfords a couple of times now, it’s been a average-to-good experience. The shoes I got were nice enough and felt well made, and the website was simple to browse without being annoying.
That said, the prices do give off a bit of a “hmm, is this really worth it?” feeling sometimes. Some styles seem overpriced to me, especially when I’ve spotted similar-looking shoes for less at other stores.

I wouldn’t say it’s a bad place to shop, but I’d be a bit picky about what I buy there. If there’s a sale or the price feels fair, I’d order again, but I probably wouldn’t rush to pay full price

The staff were really helpful and, like, super patient with me. I had a bunch of questions, and they took the time to answer everything without making me feel rushed. It all ended up being easy, so yeah, I’d definitely shop there again

I signed up for the Mountfords loyalty program thinking, you know, it might actually save me a bit here and there. But so far it’s felt underwhelming.

The points and rewards weren’t really clear when I checked out, and I ended up having to follow up just to figure out what I was supposed to get. The staff were nice, so that wasn’t the issue, but the whole setup just feels confusing and a bit of a hassle.
For something that’s meant to make you feel like a valued customer, it really doesn’t. I don’t know, I probably won’t bother using it again.

These fancy-looking things seemed great at first, but after a few hours my feet were not happy. For the price, I really expected them to be way more comfortable. Definitely not something I’d want to wear every day.
